OBJECTIVES
ISO 9001 is a globally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS). This training will equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively interpret and implement ISO 9001 requirements, conduct audits, and enhance the overall quality of management systems within their organizations.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the operations of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001
- Learn how to interpret the requirements of ISO 9001 in the context of a QMS audit
- Understand an auditor’s role in planning, leading, and following up on a management system audit in accordance with ISO 19011
- Learn how to lead an audit and manage an audit team
- Acquire the competencies of an auditor to plan an audit, lead an audit, draft reports, and follow up on an audit in compliance with ISO 19011
- Acknowledge the correlation between ISO 9001, ISO 9004, and other standards and regulatory frameworks
